Our story began with a career transition that many healthcare professionals experience. Mandi Goble, our lead advanced injector, started as a wound care nurse in Monterey, California, before discovering her passion for aesthetic medicine.
"I got tired of working in the hospitals. I got tired of the insurance companies dealing with all of that and it just really put me off on healthcare in general. But I can't be a stay-home person."
Her journey led her to the National Laser Institute in 2011, where she discovered aesthetic medicine. After moving from California to Kansas in 2012, Face Fabulous was officially born in January 2014. The practice later moved to Clarksville in 2019, where Tony joined forces with her.

Face Fabulous thrives because of the dynamic partnership between Mandi and Tony Goble. Mandi brings clinical expertise as our advanced injector, while Tony contributes his military background in operations.
"I'm the front of the house and she's the back of the house. I'm looking up and out trying to figure out how do we grow business, how do we advertise? And then I do a little bit of down and in with the systems and processes."
Tony initially came on board as an advisor after Mandi first opened, using his Army operations background to identify redundant systems and improve efficiency. After retiring from the military, he took on a more active role in day-to-day operations and advertising.

"People are just not the same with scheduling since 2020-2021. We didn't used to require a deposit, but when people no show you because they don't want to wait for their appointment or they change their mind, can't call, then that forces clinics to do that because our time is important too."

"Advertisement has changed. It's gone from paper to digital to social media. The other thing that I've seen that's changed is lead generation. It used to be word of mouth, it used to be lists. Now you're using companies that are generating leads for you."
