Everything you need to know about our membership programs
All memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 months, your membership will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis until you submit a written termination request.
Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your preference.
After the initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing a written notice 30 days before your next scheduled payment. No refunds will be issued after membership dues have been charged.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time. Please contact our front desk to discuss upgrading options.
Complimentary treatments included with the Platinum membership must be used within your membership year and do not roll over to the next year if unused.
